If Parliament declines grain importers' exemption from VAT, CM will introduce this measure as temporary one - Ag. Minister
If Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) does not support the decision to free out the importers of milling grain from payment of value added tax, Cabinet of Minister will issue the decree, stipulating introduction of this measure as a temporary one, Agrarian Policy Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Ryzhuk said at the opening ceremony of farm exhibition and fair "Kiev Autumn-2003".
He said this move would help intensify imports of milling grain to Ukraine.
Serhiy Ryzhuk earlier expressed assuredness that Ukrainian grain traders would be able to supply to Ukraine 400,000 to 450,000 tonnes of milling grain each month.
