Carrot prices in Russia lower than in Ukraine

According to Fruit-Inform, carrots in Russia are 1.5 times as low as in Ukraine. The supply of low-quality carrots is abundant in the Russian Federation. The demand for that produce is very low despite prices varying between RUB 3.00-3.50/kg (EUR 0.07-0.09/kg). It is very difficult to find high-quality carrots in Russia now. Moreover, prices of them are not higher than RUB 4.50-5.50/kg (EUR 0.12-0.14/kg).
