Anti-Monopoly Committee allowed Dutch company to acquit share of Ukrainian crushing plant
Ukrainian Anti-Monopoly Committee has granted a permit to the company Archer Daniels Midland Nederland B.V. (the Kingdom of Netherlands) to acquit a share of CJSC Ilyichovsk Oil Extraction Plant (Odessa Region), which will provide the Dutch company with 50 percent of votes in the Ukrainian crushing plant's board.
