Poland becomes the main consumer of Ukrainian AJC
According to State Statistics Service of Ukraine, Poland became the main importer of Ukrainian apple juice concentrate (AJC) in the season 2012/13.
In the first 5 months of the season, Ukrainian companies exported 15,700 tonnes of AJC to Poland that was record high over the past few years. The highest export volumes were registered in the period from September to November.
In the same periods of the previous seasons, Poland was the third-fourth largest importer of Ukrainian AJC, while Russia and Austria were the main purchasers. Currently, these two countries rank second and third, respectively.
