Russia's raisin imports up in March

Russia imported 5,700 tonnes of raisins in March 2013, an increase of 16% year-on-year. Russia's cumulative imports of raisins in the period from July 2012 to March 2013 reached 39,000 tonnes, an increase of 15% from the same period of the season 2011/12, when Russia had imported just 34,000 tonnes of raisins, the lowest volume over the previous 5 seasons.
