Russia: 1.2 mln t of grains sold in 26 days of grain interventions
According to the press-centre of Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, on April 27 the participants of tenders within state commodity interventions on Russian grain market bought 48,800 tonnes of grain, including 19,900 tonnes of milling wheat Class 3 at the average price of 4,878 roubles per tonne, 17,600 tonnes of wheat Class 4 at 4,066 roubles per tonne and 11,300 tonnes of milling rye Group A at 2,754 roubles per tonne (28.5 roubles = $1).
Totally over the twenty six days of the exchange trades the amount of grain, sold from the state intervention fund, made 1.2 million tonnes, including 365,500 tonnes of wheat Class 3, 646,000 tonnes of wheat Class 4 and 190,200 tonnes of milling rye.
