Russia: 1.26 mln t of grains sold in 28 days of grain interventions
According to the press-centre of Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, on April 28 the participants of tenders within the state commodity interventions on Russian grain market bought 55,600 tonnes of grain, including 21,100 tonnes of milling wheat Class 3 at the average price of 4,814 roubles per tonne, 24,400 tonnes of wheat Class 4 at 3,893 roubles per tonne and 10,100 tonnes of milling rye Group A at 2,835 roubles per tonne (28.5 roubles = $1).
Totally over the twenty eight days of the exchange trades the amount of grain, sold from the state intervention fund, made 1.26 million tonnes, including 384,600 tonnes of wheat Class 3, 670,400 tonnes of wheat Class 4 and 200,300 tonnes of milling rye.
