Close end of Polish plum season
The Polish market participants say of close end of the plum season in the country.
Polish processing factories have already finished procurement in September. Exporters have also reported of the end of the season.
At the same time, plums are still actively sold at wholesale markets in Poland. The supply is sufficient, and the demand for produce remains rather high.
The wholesale price range is rather wide for the present: 0.35-0.83 euro/kg, depending on variety.
