Ukrainian AJC manufacturers expect better market situation
Ukrainian manufacturers of apple juice concentrate (AJC) still expect improvement of the market situation. For the present, due to weak demand, sales remain low both in the internal market and externally.
The stocks of last year's AJC are still high both in the European and Russian markets, which forces foreign suppliers to reduce prices. For example, current prices of Russian manufacturers vary between 1,100-1,300 euro/MT.
Ukrainian processors still temporize and hope to sell their AJC at no lower than 1,300-1,400 euro/MT in future.
