Russian apples most expensive in Eastern Europe

According to Fruit-Inform price monitoring, current prices of apples in Russia are the highest in the Eastern Europe.

For the present, Moldovan growers ship apples at 0.23-0.29 euro/kg; prices in Poland vary between 0.26-0.36 euro/kg; and Ukrainian farmers offer their produce at 0.19-0.52 euro/kg. At the same time, Russian farms fix prices at 0.37-0.60 euro/kg.
