Low carrot prices in Polish market
Carrot prices have decreased to last year's levels in Poland. Wholesale prices in almost all regions vary between 0.10-0.14 euro/kg, depending on quality and packaging.
We would remind you that in 2011 and 2012 carrot prices started growing from the second week of December, and positive price performance was in effect till the end of the season.
The Polish market experts say that such a scenario will most likely be repeated in the current season.
