Poland: table beet exports up
Poland has exported 21,300 tons of table beets valued at $9.3 mln in Q3 2013, an increase of 80% compared with the similar period of the previous year, according to the official statistics.
Russia was the leader in imports of Polish table beets with the share of 26%. Czech Republic was the second largest importer with the share of 20%. Slovakia accounted for 13%. Romania, Belarus and Germany also imported significant volumes.
