Polish sellers raise prices of Golden Delicious apples
Polish sellers have recently raised prices of Golden Delicious apples.
In particular, prices at Bronisze Wholesale Market currently vary between 0.57-0.59 euro/kg, while in the end of the previous week they were averagely 5-7% lower. Compared with the end of February 2013, prices grew by 15-17%. Growers' prices of Golden Delicious apples from CA-storage vary between 0.35-0.47 euro/kg.
An increase in prices is connected with relatively good demand for those apples both in the internal market and outside of the country.
