Ukraine: prices of imported apples still lower year-on-year
The Ukrainian market participants say of stable prices for imported apples in the country with price concessions offered only by sellers of low-quality produce.
In general, the price range is rather wide now: UAH 5-12/kg (EUR 0.31-0.74/kg), depending on quality, variety, shipment volume and country of origin.
We would also remind you that in the same period of the previous season prices of imported apples were higher in Ukraine: produce was offered at no lower than UAH 9/kg (EUR 0.56/kg).
