Azerbaijan raises fruit and vegetable exports

Azerbaijan's exports of fruits and vegetables have exceeded $268 mln in January-November 2014, according to State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan. «A year-on-year increase in exports stands at 17.85%», the statement says.

At the same time, Azerbaijan's imports of fruits and vegetables have gone down by 13.43% over that period and totaled just $22.3 mln.

We would remind you that Azerbaijan reduced exports of fruits and vegetables by 5.13% in 2013 and simultaneously halved imports of those products.
