Legal and natural persons may issue the property right to the land for agriculture purposes till 2015 - a bill
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has prolonged till January 1, 2015 an opportunity for natural and legal persons to issue the property right to the land for agricultural purposes of common area up to 100 hectares.
The right to renew legislatively the property right or the right to land renting which is in citizens or legal persons' usage is prolonged by the law till January 1, 2010.
Besides, ban on the right insertion on the land share, stock in authorised capitals of economic societies is prolonged till January 1, 2007. Such ban is established by the working Code till January 1, 2005.
The law also establishes, that citizens and legal persons who have in the property the land for farming and other agricultural producing, and also citizens of Ukraine, the proprietors of land shares have not the right to sell or to alienate the land and land shares belonging to them in another way, except for its bequest transferring till January 1, 2007 (at present till January 1, 2005).
