Ukrainian peach season comes to an end
The Ukrainian peach season has almost come to an end, according to Fruit-Inform.
Remaining volumes of domestic peaches are now offered at UAH 13-20/kg (USD 0.56-0.86/kg), an increase of 20% week-on-week and 13% higher year-on-year. The market participants also said that the season had come to an end 2 weeks earlier than in 2014.
We would remind you that Fruit-Inform estimates the 2015 Ukrainian peach production to have been one of the lowest over the past 5 years.
