Russia: closer New Year holidays provoke a rise in cucumber and tomato prices

Prices of cucumbers and tomatoes have been significantly growing in Russia thanks to an increase in the demand for produce before the New Year holidays and a considerable decrease in its supply, according to Fruit-Inform. As a result, prices have already grown by 40% over the past week.
