Largest in north-western Russia greenhouse complex to be sold in spring
This March, a property of “Evrika” LLC, the largest in the North-Western Federal District greenhouse complex, will put for sale within the framework of a bankruptcy proceeding.
The part of capacity of “Evrika” LLC was rented by a local investor at the end of last year.
As a bankruptcy supervisor, Sergey Ivanushkov, explained, at present, the company's assets are being evaluated. According to preliminary data, this sum of money might total about 3 billion rubles.
In experts' opinion, “Evrika” LLC will rather preserve and, probably, increase the current volume of vegetable production. A 3-hectare part of the greenhouse area with a capacity of up to 2,000 tons of vegetables, which construction is completed, has been rented by “Premier” LLC.
