Kuchma signed a law on oilseed export duty rates
President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma signed a Law "On changes to some laws of Ukraine" setting on permanent basis rates of export duty on oilseeds.
According to the law, flax and sunseed export duty rate totals 17 percent, press agency of the President announced.
Changes also concern bans on give-and-take processing of sunseeds beyond Ukraine.
