In July Ukraine produced more bread and flour but less groats than month before
According to operative statistics, production of bread and bakery products in Ukraine in July 2004 was 197,000 tonnes, which is 3 percent more than in June, but 5 percent less than in July last year.
According to official operative information, production of flour in July 2004 was 201,900 tonnes, increasing 4 percent from the previous month, but dropping 2 percent from July of 2003.
Ukrainian grain processing plants also produced in July 11,900 tonnes of groats, which is 18 percent less than in June, but 1 percent more than in July of last year.
