Russia has 67 pc milling wheat in total wheat crop

According to Russian Bread Inspectorate's data as of August 12, 2004, examination of 17 million tonnes of new crop wheat grain (69 percent of the total crop) has shown that the share of milling wheat is currently 67 percent, which is 2 percent more than week ago.

There has been 23 percent of top quality (3rd class wheat) among the examined grain, which is 1 percent more than as of August 5.

Last year the share of such wheat was 40 percent.
