Renewed 2005 state budget enacted

State budget of Ukraine for 2005, absorbing the amendments adopted by Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada on March 25, has been published today in official governmental newspaper "Uriadovyi Kurier" (according to Ukrainian legislation, the Law about state budget enters into force since the date of publication).

President of Ukraine signed the law about amendments into 2005 budget on March 25.

The expenditure part of the budget is set at 114.08 billion hryvnias, the revenue part - 106.135 billion hryvnias, the deficit - 7.053 billion hryvnias.

In the renewed version of the budget financing of the Agrarian Policy Ministry (including purpose-oriented programmes) is increased from the previous version by 295 million hryvnias - to 5.175 billion hryvnias (4.07 billion hryvnias - from common fund of the budget and 1.104 billion hryvnias - from the special fund).
