The prices on cucumbers dropped down abruptly
The prices on greenhouse cucumbers continue decreasing by higher rates than the greenhouse tomatoes in Ukraine. Today on the wholesale market "Farmer" in Kyiv the prices on the greenhouse long cucumbers have dropped down to USD $ 1.38/kg; past Friday this commodity cost not lesser than USD $ 2.07/kg.
The wholesale price on the greenhouse short cucumbers remains higher, about USD $ 1.78/kg. Still the trend of price decrease is distinctly traced for this commodity too, as the price went down on 22% comparing to the past Friday.
