Health Ministry developed more liberal food products transportation rules
Health Care Ministry of Ukraine has developed State Sanitary Norms and Regulations for transportation of food products by rail, air and water means of transport. The new version of the document has taken into account all the recommendation of Anti-Monopoly Committee, the Committee's press-service informed.
Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) earlier recommended the Health Care Ministry to change corresponding normative documents as regards transportation of food products by railway transport so they met the requirements of competitive legislation.
In this respect, the AMCU informed that the new sanitary norms allow creating competitive conditions on the market of transport vehicle disinfection services. The new version of the sanitary norms leaves obligatory disinfection treatment only for foodstuffs and food raw materials.
At current moment, according to the Health Care Ministry's Information, the new version of the rules is at registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
