Strawberry is cheapening rapidly
According to the results of the wholesale price monitoring daily conducted by the Agricultural Marketing Project (AMP), the price on strawberry is decreasing rapidly. Comparing to the previous day, the wholesale price on strawberry decreased on 25-30% on the Ukrainian markets. Today in Kherson oblast strawberry is supplied on price starting from USD $ 1.18/kg, in Kyiv - USD $ 1.58/kg. The abrupt price decrease is obviously caused by the several days of hot weather in Ukraine. If such weather conditions last long, by the end of this week we can expect the further significant price decrease.
