Information for fruit and vegetables business in CIS
The price growth on carrot, red beets and bulb onion goes on in Ukraine - the Ministry of Economics
In the third decade of May the price growth on vegetable commodities continued in Ukraine, as it was reported by the PR and Mass Media Department of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
According to the data of the price monitoring conducted by the state price control bodies, in the period from 05/20/05 to 05/30/05 the average price levels have increased - on 18.5% on carrot, on 9.8% on red beets, on 7.2% on bulb onion.
At the same time, the price on cabbage decreased a little (on 9%).
The average price levels on potato have not been changed in Ukraine during the mentioned period of time.
