Information for fruit and vegetables business in CIS
The price growth on vegetables goes on in Ukraine - the Ministry of Economics
In the second decade of June the price growth on vegetable commodities progressed in Ukraine, according to the information provided by the PR and Mass Media Department, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
According to the data of price monitoring conducted by the state price control bodies, in the period of 06/10-20/2005 the average price levels have increased on the following commodities - on 35.5% on carrot, on 17% on red beets, on 26.2% on potato, on 5.6% on bulb onion.
At the same time, the price on cabbage has decreased significantly (on 33.8%) during the mentioned period in Ukraine.
