APK-Inform journalists reviewing President Kuchma's speech to Mar 11 all-Ukrainian meeting on post reformed development of agrarian sector reported that Kuchma views the law on land parceling and distribution as an important issue.
"We have no right to let parceling go, meaning the splitting of big fields", said Kuchma. Both legal and economical mechanisms should be involved while resolving this issue.
