Russia lifted ban for supplies of poultry breeding products from Canada's British Columbia

According to press-service of Russian agriculture ministry, due to stabilisation of bird flu epizootic situation in the Canadian province of British Columbia and the guarantees of Canada's state veterinary service, from October 12, 2005 the temporary restrictions for imports of live poultry, incubation eggs, poultry meat and all kinds of poultry-breeding products to which no thermal treatment has been applied, as well as poultry feeds from this province of Canada to Russian Federation is lifted.
