Ukraine: no relief from frosts expected
According to the forecast of Ukrainian weather centre, the weather in Ukraine on January 22 and 23 will keep cold. The temps on the majority of territory on night-time hours of January 22 - 20 to 25 degrees below zero, on January 23 - 23 to 28 degrees below zero; in daytime hours - 14 to 19 degrees below zero. In eastern regions, the northern areas of Left Bank part and the Carpathians in night-time hours - 24 to 29 degrees, at places - 31 to 33 degrees below zero; in daytime hours - 17 to 22 degrees below zero. In the southern part and western regions - the night-time temperatures are forecast on January 22nd at 16 to 21 degrees, the daytime ones - 10 to 15 degrees; on the 23rd - up to minus 25 degrees at night and 18 to 20 degrees below zero in daytime hours.
