Ukraine: Department of Justice made a decision as for FEZ and TPD enterprises taxation

Ukrainian Department of Justice gave clear explanation of legislation as for taxation of enterprises worked in free economical zones (FEZ) and on territories of priority development (TPD). Vice premier-minister of Ukraine Yuri Melnik told pressmen that all such enterprises are working under similar tax conditions.

He noted that from August 2005 Donetsky region judgments took number of decisions according which privileged taxation for FEZ and TPD enterprises are kept.

Breaks for FEZ and TPD enterprises were reduced by Ukrainian law in March 2005.
