Water-melons are offered for sale again

The sales period for water-melons has been over for several weeks. But, small shipments of water-melons are appearing on Kyiv markets this week. For example, today water-melons cost $ 0.19/kg on FARMER market in Troyeschina rayon, Kyiv. However, water-melons were observed also at some retail vendor points; sometimes the price for this commodity was even lower there.

Water-melons are small, they are said to be kept in storages. Vendors admit that the buyers treat these water-melons cautiously, so there is not a great demand observed.
