Which apple varieties are in the greatest demand in Poland?

According to information provided by Ebronisze.plThe demand for the seedlings of Golden Delicious variety and its clones, and also Mutsu variety has been traditionally high in the recent years. Thanks to flexibility and cheap production of Idared variety the demand for these seedlings is also high, as well as the demand for its clone Najdared variety. The demand for the clones of Champion variety (the fruits of red color) increases. The red clones of Jonagold variety, mainly Jonagold Decosta enjoy a great demand too.

The orchards have been actively looking for the seedlings of Alwa variety recently. Talking about new varieties, Fuji variety seedlings are of the greatest interest among the producers, especially those forms which are transported well and are resistant to spring frosts.

According to information provided by the specialists of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal, the seedlings of Golden Delicious variety and its clones are of the greatest demand in Ukraine. However, the orchardists treat the modern apple varieties with the greater interest; however, they are concerned in the novelties of apple seedlings market too.
