Russia: the irregular supplies caused the rapid price growth for tarragon of Israel origin
According to information provided by the specialists of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal, a rather high price level for tarragon of Israel origin has been observed for about a month on the market of Russian Federation. This circumstance is caused by the deficit of this product supplies on market.
The players of Russian market inform that the deficit is predetermined by the break between the harvesting periods in Israel. The price range for Israeli tarragon is 19-20.9/kg, and in some cases up to $22.8/kg on Russian market.
But, the specialists forecast the prices to decrease starting from the next week because of the supplies of the larger shipments of newly harvested tarragon to the market of Russian Federation.
