First international exhibition of wine and alcohol drinks took place in Tbilisi

The first international exhibition of wine and alcohol drinks was conducted on the 1st-3rd of June 2007 in the exhibition center "Expo-Georgia", Tbilisi.

The participants of the exhibition were the leading Georgian companies - producers of wine and high-proof alcohol drinks: "Teliani Veli", "Mildiani", "GWS", "Kindzmaraulis Marani", "Badagoni", "Saradzhishvili", "Eniseli", "Gomi" and others.

In the framework of the exhibition the qualified jury of the wine-making specialists from Georgia, Germany, Italy and other countries conducted the contest among Georgian wines.

That was the first exhibition of the kind conducted in Caucasus region; that's why the representatives of wine sector from Armenia and Azerbaijan attended the event as well.

The representatives of the companies - distributors and importers of alcohol drinks joined the company of numerous wine-lovers.
