State inspection on controls over utilization and protection of lands to be established in Ukraine
President of Ukraine has signed a decree on improvement of state management of land resources and controls over land utilization and protection. As a spokesperson for the Chief Department of Informational Policy of the President's Administration has informed, the Cabinet of Ministers has been charged, among others, in three months' term to solve the issue of establishing a State Inspection of controls over utilization and protection of lands as a governmental body of state management. The government is also to take measures to improve coordination of bodies of the executive power, local self-administration and public procurator's offices in controls over land utilization and protection.
