Ukrainian tax administration refunded exporters $7.88mn VAT debt

Since the beginning of August State Tax Administration of Ukraine has refunded exporters UAH42 million (US$7.88 million) of the VAT debt. This was reported August 27 by Deputy Prime Minister Leonid Kozachenko.

To his opinion, it is not possible to refund the whole of the debt within one year. As he noted, as of today UAH400 million (US$75.05 million) had been acknowledged as subject to refund.
