Rains Influence Positively Harvest of Late Vegetable Cultures Formation in Ukraine
As specialists (farmers and truck gardening experts) of weekly fruit and vegetable CIS business inform, "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" , rains taken place on the whole territory of Ukraine, and accompanied by decrease in temperature of air, affected favorably the sowing of late vegetable cultures.
According to "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" information, most late cabbages and root plants are cultivated in woodlands and forest-steppe agro-climatic zones without irrigation. That is why rains, taken place recently, helped to improve the state of sowings. Besides, meteorological forecasters predict some more sediments in the nearest future, which can influence positively the prospects of late vegetable cultures production.
