Wal-Mart's Profits Have Increased to $ 3 billion

Profits of the world largest retail seller Wal-Mart Stores Inc. rose in th second quarter of 2007 thanks to sale of a store network in Germany, according to "Gazeta.ru" comments. Its profits increased to $ 3.1 billion, or 76 cent per share from $ 2.08 billion, or 50 cent per share. Wal-Mart decreased prices for a lot of goods by 50% to increase sales in the USA.
