Renewed greenhouses were opened in Ulyanovskaya region
The official opening ceremony was held in two modernized greenhouses and reconstructed boiler installation of "Teplichnoye" enterprise, one of the advanced agricultural facilities of Ulyanovskaya region, the Press Service of the Governor and Government of the region informed Informational Agency "Rosbalt".
The acreage of new greenhouses is 1.5 ha and 1.6 ha. The enterprise reconstructed the greenhouses under support of the Governor and the Government of the region. The greenhouses are equipped with Dutch automated system of plant irrigation and fertilizing. The modern technologies are applied here in order to save material and energy resources; the optimal labor conditions for the workers are created.
Tomatoes will be planted here in January - they will be of the specially selected variety with the yield of more than 40 kg per square meter. Vegetables will be produced on hydroponics, i.e. without soil and application of chemical plant protection assets.
New boiler installation was also constructed with the application of the advanced imported equipment - it is designed to heat the greenhouses of the total square of 6 ha.
According to Valentina Tarabrina, the Director of "Teplichniy", the further plans will be the construction of several greenhouses of the total square of 3 ha for cucumber production based on modern technologies. Up to 100 kg/sq. meter of cucumber yield is expected. The all-year fruiting of the plants is planned in these greenhouses. The launch of new greenhouses is planned for 2009.
Sergey Morozov, the Governor, congratulated the personnel of the agricultural enterprise with the 30th anniversary of the working experience. He observed that "Teplichonye" has the right to be named one of the best enterprises of Russia. The Governor announced that the funds of the regional budget will be allocated to support the investment project of "Teplichnoye" enterprise.
