Ecologically safe baby food to be produced in Volgograd

The press service of the Administration of Volgogradskaya region informed the journalist of IA "NovostiVolgograda.ru", during the coming "Green week" the local Closed JSC scientific-production enterprise "Europe-Biofarm" will announce about the plans on the establishment of ecologically safe baby food production.

The implementation of this idea will cost RUR 535 mln ($21.8 mln). This sum is required for the extension of the production facilities of the enterprise and for the creation of the necessary technical basis for fruit & vegetable processing and further product freezing.

There is a plan that the enterprise will annually process not less than 17,000 tons of agricultural raw materials and produce 2,000 tons of balanced plant oils, and 25 mln. baby food jars with watermelon honey, mixes, juices, syrups, vegetable and fruit puree produced on the basis of frozen fruits and vegetables.
