Plant protection assets facility to be constructed in Zhytomyr

Private enterprise "Kemiline Agro" plans to construct the facility for the production of plant protection assets in Zhytomyr, proAPK informs.

"Investment project has been already developed", Victor Kozin, Director of the enterprise, informed the journalists.

He also told that the major production facilities of the enterprise cost $40,000; the number of the employees is 15 persons, the enterprise turnover amounts to $500,000 (the major production).

Mr. Kozin specified that the objective of the investment project is the production of pesticides; there is a plan to implement the project during two years. The investments will be directed to plant construction and raw materials for the production.

Mr. Kozin informed about the financial parameters of the project: the total cost of the project is $ 2 mln., the feasibility level is 200%. The investments are allocated by means of loans and the funds provided by investor. The Director of the enterprise did not specify the planned production volumes and revenues.
