EBRD President notes increased interest of foreign investors to Ukrainian farm sector
President of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Jean Lemierre has noted increasing interest of foreign investors towards Ukraine, particularly - towards its agricultural sector.
However, he said, investors were concerned with two difficult issues - quality of court system in the country and complicated situation with VAT refund to exporters. "I've never met an investor, who would not be closely interested in issues of VAT refund," Mr. Lemierre noted.
