Project of the modern greenhouse complex construction is under development in Kurskaya region

The construction of the modern greenhouse complex is planned on the basis of Gutorovskiy complex (Kurskiy district of Kurskaya region). This enterprise is in the stage of bankruptcy now. Alexander Zubarev, the Chairman of the Regional Government, and the representatives of the investment companies from Moscow and Vladimir have discussed this idea during the recent meeting. There is a plan to grow here not only traditional vegetables, like tomatoes and cucumbers, but also egg-plants, capsicum, radish, 40 types of lettuce, dill, parsley and other fresh herbs. Also, the authors of the project have an idea to grow flowers in Gutorovo; a separate greenhouse block will be constructed for this purpose. This huge enterprise will be managed by 240 people, and, the investor is ready to construct a new house for them. The investors plan to allocate around RUR 1.2 billion for the greenhouse complex development, IA "INFOline" informs.

Also, the owners study the opportunity to construct a new enterprise for the production of the metalworks for the greenhouses according to Dutch technology in Kurskaya region. They are ready to allocate EUR 4 mln. for this purpose, IA "INFOline" informs. According to the investors, the first harvest of vegetables is expected by the beginning of the next year; the flowers from Gutorovo may enter the markets even earlier, by the end of this year.
