Long-term crediting of the agrarian sector will help to improve material and technical basis of the Agro-Industrial Complex. Deputy Head of Kiev Oblast Administration Nikolay Baranyuk expressed such opinion on August 21.
Attraction of short-term credits to the agrarian sector, in N. Baranyuk's opinion, proved to be right, but it won't solve farmers' urgent needs, in particular, equipment supplies. Not every farm in current conditions is able to purchase new modern equipment, but is also necessary to consider the fact of its seasonal use. The rational solution to this problem, in Baranyuk's words, will be creation of own tractor stations, which will provide services of executing certain agricultural works to farmers.
In particular, in Kiev oblast it is planned to create 2-3 of such stations in each of the oblast's regions. It is planned to purchase combines and tractors through leasing. The priority will be given to Ukrainian equipment.
