"Odessa baby food cannery" installed a new line for baby juices and puree production

"Odessa baby food cannery" installed a new line for the production of baby food in "Tetra Pak" packs, the press-service of the company informed "UNIAN".

According to the provided information, the new line for baby-food juice and puree production on the basis of natural fruits and vegetables, and also the juices in 0.2 L packs has been installed on the cannery's production facility in the village Stepanovka (Odesskaya region). The Swedish line let the enterprise produce more than 20,000 juice packs per hour.

The new line will be launched this month; there is a plan to produce 0.2 L juice packs both for the baby food under TM "Chudo-Chado" and for general nutrition under TM "Odessa baby food cannery".

In 2008 the company plans to increase the share of "Chudo-Chado" TM up to 15% on the market of baby juices and fruit puree. Now this trademark occupies 9% share in its segment.

UNIAN information. Opened JSC "Odessa baby food cannery" is one of the largest Ukrainian producers of juices and baby food. It was founded in 1867. Odessa cannery occupies the share of 12% on the market of juices, nectars and beverages.

The company produces the juices under TM "Odessa baby food cannery", baby-food juices and puree under TM "Odessa baby food cannery" in glass jars, TM "Chudo-Chado" in Tetra-Pak. TM "Chudo-Chado" occupies 9% of the market of baby food juices and fruit puree.
