Ukraine's ministries of economy and transport to facilitate export procedures through seaports
Ukraine's Ministry of Economy and for the Issues of European Integration together with Ministry of Transport has developed a set of measures to simplify procedure of agricultural commodities export through Ukrainian seaports.
In particular, a joint order of the two ministries, dated by October 29 and recently distributed to all regional customs offices, stipulates a review of tariffs for transportation, storage and transhipment of agricultural commodities and fees of quarantine, veterinary and sanitary services.
It is also planed to facilitate the procedure of customs clearance and export control, to reduce transportation costs and terms of grain delivery to ports.
