Kabardino-Balkaria increased processing volumes of green peas and cucumbers

Kabardino-Balkaria sees unprecedented harvest of green peas and cucumbers, procuring enterprises are stretched to the limit. 12 canneries of the Republic take part in processing.

According to Rimma Ksanayeva, the Head of the local food industry, they have not received such high crop for recent 30 years.

Besides, the Republic harvested green peas and cucumbers by 7.000 tonnes each, at that, the plants increased processing volumes of this raw material due to modernization of equipment, R. Ksanaeva noted.
