Ukraine's livestock industry output Jan-Nov higher on a year

In January-November this year sales of cattle and poultry for slaughter increased 8.3 percent compared with the same period last year, reaching 2.13 million tonnes. Milk output over the eleven months rose 5.6 percent on a year - up to 13.35 million tonnes. Production of eggs reached 10.6 billion - 17.2 percent up from the amount in January - November last year.

Agriculture ministry has forecasted meat production to increase this year 21 percent compared with the year before and milk production to rise 1 percent.
